How does per-agent pricing work?
You pay per agent, per month. Free covers up to 3 agents forever; Pro is $15/agent billed annually ($19 monthly) with unlimited agents; Scale is $35/agent ($45 monthly); Enterprise is custom. There is no per-ticket surcharge, no per-AI-resolution fee, and no charge for the end users who contact you.
Do you charge per ticket or per AI resolution?
No. Pricing is a flat per-agent rate. We never charge per ticket and never bill per AI resolution — AI assist is included on every paid plan, not metered on top.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for 14 days with no card required. You can import your data and run Leodesk alongside your current tool during the trial.
Can I change plans or seat counts later?
Any time. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Seats scale up and down as your team changes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything — tickets, contacts, attachments and reports — as JSON or CSV at any time. After cancellation we retain data for 30 days so you can change your mind, then delete it.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing is roughly two months free versus paying monthly. Early-stage startups and registered nonprofits get 50% off — reach out and we’ll sort it out.
